  1. Eat only what you bring (Pack some snacks)
  2. Find healthy food options (when eating out)
  3. Get some exercise (Take the stairs)
  4. Drink plenty of water (Just say “no” to sugar and caffeine)
  5. Plan ahead when you travel (Pack your sneakers)
