Our process requires candidates to have a valid driver’s license, a home or cell phone, and a high school diploma or GED (General Educational Development Test). Using the Ohio Public Record Directory and/or ADP’s pre-employment screening solutions, we insure a clean background with no felonies. Each candidate must have work experience in the field which they are applying for.
Using our state of the art staffing software, we can effortlessly retrieve a qualified associate from our extensive database. We offer bi-directional integration with our database through this interactive website. Clients can enter orders and associate timesheets online. Viewing and exporting previous invoices is available also.

Temp-to-Hire: Allows companies the opportunity to evaluate job performance before offering a full-time position. When it's time for your team to grow, you will know if an associate is a correct organizational fit. After a 320 hour evaluation period, a company may hire the associate with no additional fee. HR Associates evaluation period is one month shorter than our competitors.
Direct Hire: HR Associates will take care of the hiring process for you. We will advertise the position, screen the resumes, interview and test candidates. "Prove It" testing saves companies' valuable time and money by identifying highly qualified associates quickly and easily. After the client reviews our candidate's portfolio, we will schedule interviews in our facilities conference room. The final selection is made by the client.
