Clerical Office AssistantAn established Piqua manufacturing company is looking for a 1st shift, Clerical Office Assistant @ $17-$20 per Hour, based on experience. You will provide vital administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Duties will include:

  • Data Entry
  • Entering new hire’ interview data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Answering VOIP phone system.
  • Managing Calendars.
  • Schedule Meetings
  • Maintain employee files, both paper and electronic.
  • Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all employee and company proprietary information.
  • Scheduling inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Filing company documents.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Your Own Transportation
  • A Home Phone or Cell
  • Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
  • Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
  • Demonstrable computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and express initiative while at work
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Solid (On-Time) Work History
  • Excellent Data Entry/Typing Skills Required.
  • Associates in Office Administration Preferred
