Dispatcher / CSR

A Versailles logistics company has a Dispatcher / CSR job open at $20 per hour with great benefits. We are seeking a dependable and driven Dispatcher to support and manage day-to-day transportation operations. This is your opportunity to work with a team that keeps logistics running smoothly—and safely. The Logistics Dispatcher will interact with the company server systems and routing software to build transportation loads and print work orders sheets for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations including dispatching and adjusting driver assignments as needed.
• Ensure safety is always the #1 priority.
• Monitor and audit Hours of Service (HOS) for compliance.
• Work with recruiting and training teams to support new driver onboarding and orientations.
• Support equipment logistics, maintenance scheduling, and terminal safety activities.
• Oversee customer service standards, meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• As a Customer Service Rep you will maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Organize and lead driver meetings and contribute to a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Your Own Transportation.
• Able to Pass a 10 -Panel Employment Drug Screen.
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction.
• 2-3 years related transportation experience and/or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of TMS (Transportation MGMT Systems Software) Preferred.
• Working knowledge of McCleod TMS a Huge plus.
• Be able to think analytically and strategically to solve issues.
• Have strong math skills, with an acute attention to detail.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have a strong working knowledge and understanding of transportation terms and processes.
• Consider how , by size & types, company products are to be loaded onto trailers.
• Expert @ Microsoft EXCEL Preferred.
