Smart Work Schedule with a better shift start time: 12 Hour Rotating shifts, 3 day week (36 Hours) and then a 4 day week (48 Hours). Hours: 8PM – 8:30 AM

Note: New Operators will train 4 weeks on 1st shift.

Manufacturing Production Operator Duties:

• Add & Pull product to/from line.
• Operation of a Blown Film Extrusion Machine.
• Assure proper set-up & start-up of extruder and support systems.
• Perform hourly quality checks.
• Monitor instrumentation and extrusion processes.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Forklift Material Handling.
• Load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device.
• Transfer weighed materials to production or storage areas.
• Daily machine maintenance.
• Alert Supervisor of any problems on the line.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe, non-contaminated work place.
• Adhere to all Safety Protocols.
