Production Administrator / ClerkA Multi-state, Piqua manufacturing company is in need of a Production Administrator / Clerk for 1st shift, paying $20 per hour. (8 AM-4PM).. The right clerk must be able to multi task in a fast paced office environment.

** Additional $50 per week attendance bonus available**

Duties:

  • Answering phones.
  • To issue, stock, order and ship product.
  • Inputting orders and invoices.
  • Import and Export billing data entry.
  • Perform email correspondence with clients / brokers.
  • Gathering documents & filing.
  • Sending and Receiving customer orders.
  • Scheduling inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office.

Requirements:

  • Home Phone or Cell.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Your Own Transportation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Clean Background with No Felony Conviction.
  • Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Accurately Count & Report Production Inventory.
  • Able to Follow Written & Verbal Instructions.
  • 6 Months Previous Logistics and/or Factory Clerk Experience Required.
